Report: Gazprom to delay Eurobonds in pounds due to poor market

MOSCOW, Jun 14 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will postpone offering of Eurobonds denominated in British pounds due to unfavorable market conditions, Bloomberg reported Thursday citing a source familiar with the situation.

Potential risks connected with the conflict with Naftogaz Ukrainy are also among the reasons, the source said.

The company could take out loans if the situation on the market does not improve.

The offering was planned for June.
